SPS provides an easy-to-use, user-defined interface to create and execute any report within a user’s established permissional limit. This means that users can define their own "views" into the database and create functional yet completely customized reports in web-based and Microsoft Excel formats. In addition, the order of selected fields may also be configured.

Dynamic Report Capabilities

• Reports delivered in web-based format provide a single-click link to the contacts or electronic form entries to which they refer. This means that a generated report may be used to access the contact manager database or to retrieve information without navigating additional screens.
  
  
• Since nearly all information entered into SPS is available for export via the reporting mechanism, integration with other software packages, including accounting packages, is quick and easy.
  
  
• Report exporting may also be used to easily produce mailing and packaging labels for letters and shipments.
  
  
• Web-based reporting integrates easily with your company website. For example, customers may access an order status or other account information.
  
  
• Reports may be dynamically filtered against a variety of information, including any user input fields created using SPS Attributes technology, date ranges, or calculated amounts. As such, one report may be defined to provide multiple views into the database regarding system information.
  
  
• Both pre-defined and ad-hoc filtering may be used with each defined report. This enables multiple views into the database. All fields, including custom defined fields, are available for use as a filter.
