  In addition to the standard contact information captured (such as address and phone numbers), the SPS Attributes feature provides an infinitely expandable custom database that allows the end-user to create specific information fields, input screens, custom searches, and related custom reports.

  Users can also enter extensive categorized comments regarding each contact and view comment histories to help better track communications.

  Multi-level category support allows complete organization of contact information. This feature works in conjunction with the SPS Application Framework to provide users with a customized view into the contact database.

  Integration with the Email components of SPS ensures that key contact information is immediately shared with all appropriate SPS users within your company. Information exchange between users is automatic, even if some of the users are remote.

 
Extremely Customizable Ease Of Use

  Perhaps the most impressive feature of the SPS Relationship Management component is its ability mold itself to your business. While other packages offer "user-defined" fields, these are usually only free-form input areas.

  The SPS Attributes feature provides the ability to create completely custom screens with advanced input controls such as menus, checkboxes, dates, masked inputs, "pop-ups" and more.

  The SPS Attribute Builder application provides a point-and-click interface for creating your custom attributes --you do not have to be a programmer or hire one. All of the back-end database and reporting support is created automatically.

Some of the SPS easy to use but advanced features include --

  Multiple search options including:
     (1) simple case-insensitive name searches,
     (2) complete multi-field searches (including custom fields), and
     (3) the ability to click directly from a report to a contact.
