Paper synopsis

This report provides a detailed account of the background to the China Sign bilingual project supported by the Amity Foundation and Save the Children UK. It also provides useful information of a visit made to the project by UK consultants and includes a commentary on developments in Chinese schools for deaf children in Jiangsu, Yunnan and Anhui Provinces.
