This article is written by Shi Li, a deaf staff member of Save the Children UK, Anhui. Shi Li is a Programme Assistant and works with Save the Children-UK in supporting China’s innovative sign bilingualism project. The article is based on the discussions, which took place at a recent conference held to discuss progress.
